LIL TOUCHES OF FALL

although it was hot and HUMID again here today, I decided to add a lil fall throughout .......hope you enjoy my pics and the lil colors of fall in my home....I will probably drag more containers of my fall items out another day, but for now, this is it......hopefully I will get to do the outside soon....thanks for visiting our homestead.......

look at the darling candy corns scattered on my table.....they are sooooo cute! LOL...hope my grandson will not try to eat them........

that says it all...we love fall!!!!

look the the lil pumpkin on my small downstairs bath sink...added a battery operated tealight and some more candy corn....

just a lil pillow tuck with a candy corn painted on it....

isnt he the cutest???

my old trunk, thats also used as my coffee table..just a simple wood bowl with pears and a candle

love my swan...I decorate him up for all the seasons and holidays...he sits on my mantle

my full mantle....just some wispy pumpkin garland.....and a couple white faux pumpkins..My father in law made the mantle..its one of my many treasures in our home..

had prim flags in the above lil crock for the summer..just added a lil fall touch to it too.....

I have had the above lighted pumpkin for a few yrs now....I love him...the sides have rusty tin on it..

just a few added touches to my crock and basket shelf...by the way, the shelf was just stained, I just recently painted it black and distressed it...I like it much much better.....

ohhhhhhh..seeeeeeee my 2 black pumpkins??????? LOL

awwwwwww..lil lost scarecrow sitting all alone on his barrel...he wont be lonely for long as soon as my 18 month old grandson discovers him...LOL

here is the basket I just got from an auction In pa..added fall flowers to the crock..

more berries added to crock for some fall color...

just more berries and garland added for fall...

some faux bittersweet in the basket adds just the right touch...

Hope you enjoyed my lil touch of fall....now , lets hope for cooler weather sooon...Im soooo sick of the humidity here..ugh!!!!!!

NEW GOODIES FROM OUR PA TRIP....

I love the lil dresser that the amish made> we got that for our spare bedroom....nicely made for sure...and above, got the pillow for the spare bed......

oh oh....yes, I did....bought more family heirloom products .....got those on our trip also....its 2 table squares and a throw blanket......

got 2 new fall pumpkins on sticks for my yard....cant wait to put them out....LOL

ohhhhhh..look at this huge scarecrow head...Think it will go on my front door for the fall...

I bought six of these star garlands, I may use them on my twig tree this christmas.....

check out the awesome basket I got an auction in Pa.....its huge....I totally love it....

I also picked up this awesome tin shade for my lamp...I love it too....

I couldnt resist this tiny lil ole rusty lantern...perfect sitting next to one of my prim dollies....

Got this old candle mold at an auction during our visit to Lancaster, Pa also......

I love my new counter stools that I found in lancaster ,pa during our 4 days there....they match my dining table chairs...and I also got chairpads for them from family heirloom weavers shop..love um!!!
