ohhhhh christmas tree and my cloee

Meet cloee....she is my baby...oh how I love her...LOL..she is my shadow and I would be lost without her....

I did manage to get my german twig tree up today.....sorry the pics arent that great......I can never get a good shot of a christmas tree...anyways, it gives you an idea of how it looks.. below is my 1.oo auction find that I sprayed black, I put the prim candle ring on top with a prim lighted candle...not bad for the price..LOL

the below pic is of a tree made from wood....I added the lights to it...purchased it at a craft show..I love it, looks sooo much better in real...

Its beginning to look alot like christmas...keeping it simple

Hello, I have officially started my christmas decorating....here is a preview...Im keeping in plain and simple....LOL...I have not even started my trees yet...and still lots of tweaking to do....hope ya enjoy what I have done so far......

My latest finds and a before and after....

I got this really old electric heater from an auction...we took the electric cord out and I did a lil make over to it.....I thought it would look neat with a prim candle ring on top of it with a battery operated taper candle on top of it for the holidays......
and here it is......a cheap can of walmart spray paint and ten minutes later....LOL....I love finding unique items .

this is my favorite purchase from the auction...its in great shape and old...dont ya just love old baskets..its actually bigger than it appears in the picture...

Here is a grouping of all my goodies from the auction.....check out the old childs ride on toy.....and the big wood tub is wonderful...I scrubbed it up...I wanna rub it down with some lemon oil.....I will post more pics at another time...the old lidded box is wonderful...think I might fill it with some greens and a snowman for the winter.....sooo kewl.....the old enamel chamber pot is in great shape...think I just might use it for my big 3 wick cande and tie some homespun around the handle...hope you enjoy looking at my latest finds....

MY FURNITURE IS FINALLY HERE.....

WOOO HOOOOO After waiting 5 looooong weeks, our new furniture finally was in..Santa came early here..LOL>..my wonderful husband finally let me order new furniture..I love it! we decided we would like to have another wing back chair, so he called the furniture store and had them order us one...yay! he is sooo good to me.........
