ohhhhh christmas tree and my cloee

Meet cloee....she is my baby...oh how I love her...LOL..she is my shadow and I would be lost without her....
I did manage to get my german twig tree up today.....sorry the pics arent that great......I can never get a good shot of a christmas tree...anyways, it gives you an idea of how it looks.. below is my 1.oo auction find that I sprayed black, I put the prim candle ring on top with a prim lighted candle...not bad for the price..LOL


the below pic is of a tree made from wood....I added the lights to it...purchased it at a craft show..I love it, looks sooo much better in real...

  1. Your trees are pretty. I have a small german twig tree in my kitchen year round. years ago a friend gave it to me. I would love to have a huge one for the living room. Blessings!

  2. Everything looks beautiful!! I knew it would....I'm with you I can never get a good shot of anything that I want lights to show on.

    I have the same ornaments for a kitchen tree as you.....the yelloware bowls...I put them on my tree and fill them with popcorn....and some with cranberries.

    I'm coming over for some hot cider! lol and that Cloee.....she reminds me of our Katie girl!! Labs are the sweetes most gentle dogs.

  5. Cloee is a pretty girl! I have a shadow like that too. He follows me every where I go. He'll sit for a little while, then he has to crawl all over whatever I'm working on till he can stick his nose in my face waiting for me to give him a good rub down. It cracks me up every time.

    Don't you just love when a buck auction find comes out looking like you paid so much more for it?! That's what I love the most about makeovers. Yours turned out wonderful, love it!

    All your trees look beautiful!! I have a year round holiday tree in my dining room that gets a makeover like your kitchen counter tree. I keep the cookie cutters in a bowl on my hutch with homespun hangers year round. Then when I take down the fall decor, I just throw the cookie cutters on the tree. I sure need some of those yellow ware bowls though! They are so adorable!!! I love little kitchen utensils. They are so fun to add to the tree. Looks great!

  6. How pretty and festive your trees are. I tried yesterday to get a good shot of our tree and it is hard to get one that turns out so you can see everything WITH THE LIGHTS LIT!
